The Therapist

The therapist holds a Master degree in counseling who is also a certified Reality Therapist. Being trained in Prepare / Enrich Assessment, he is very much experienced in helping married couples as well as couples who are preparing to get married.

Being effectively bilingual creates an environment where he is able to help couples who speak English, couples who speak mandarin as well as couples where one speaks English and the other speaks mandarin.

The therapist is one who never stops learning techniques and skills to better help the clients. As such annual continuing equipping is one thing that the therapist seeks to fulfil.

The Fee

Clients will be advised on the fee payable when they call for an appointment. Voice of Hope aims to assist individuals and families to strive. Please do not be deterred to approach us because of the fee.

The Environment

One of the common issues faced by Singaporeans today is a busy and hectic lifestyle. Often clients have to rush from one end to the other after work. This cause the client to be so unsettled when coming for counselling. VOH allows client a certain degree of flexibility in terms of counselling venue. Clients can choose from location in the West as well as in the East. Kindly contact us to discuss this option.

Appointment & Referral

Appointments for counselling can be made by calling 91690249 on Mondays to Fridays during office hours (9 am – 5 pm).  Callers will be asked to provide basic information about themselves and reasons for seeking counselling. Alternatively, appointments can be made by completing the Client Registration Form. We will respond to you as soon as we can for an appointment. For urgent cases, text can be sent to the above mentioned number and would be responded as soon as possible.

Clients may also be referred for counselling by concerned family members and friends or by professionals such as social workers, doctors and lawyers. These referrals should be made with the consent of the clients and we would require all referred individuals to call personally for appointment.
